Relationship coach and author
People usually come to see me when something just isn’t working anymore. Maybe conversations keep turning into arguments. Maybe there’s distance, frustration, or things that never seem to get resolved. Or maybe life just feels heavy and hard to manage emotionally. Whatever brings you in, my job is to help you slow things down, understand what’s really happening, and figure out a better way forward, especially in how you relate to the people who matter most.
I’ve been doing this work for over 45 years, and I’ve sat with thousands of people through real struggles, real conflict, and real change. That experience matters, not as theory, but as something lived and learned over time. In our sessions, you won’t get judgment or pressure. You’ll get honest conversation, practical guidance, and steady support while you work through what’s difficult.
Some couples come in because they keep having the same fight over and over. Others just feel disconnected and want to find their way back to each other. Individuals often come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next. Wherever you’re starting from, we work together to understand the patterns that aren’t helping and to build ones that do.
I offer sessions for individuals and couples, both online and in person. You can choose what feels most comfortable for you.

The Solo Partner is the only book available that focuses entirely on relationships where one partner refuses to engage in the healing process. This includes situations where they deny problems exist, blame the other person entirely, or make empty promises to
change but never follow through. If this sounds familiar, then this book was written with you in mind. It offers more than understanding; it introduces a new approach that differs from traditional therapy. This method can still be effective even when only one partner is engaged, especially when conventional talk therapy has failed to bring meaningful or lasting results.
